Flat Fee Purchasing

You have reviewed a given Marketplace and decided upon a specific listed or un-listed property.  I will write and monitor the transaction at your instruction for an agreed upon flat fee.  The remainder of the Selling agent commission on listed properties will be refunded to you, the Buyer, upon closing.

Perhaps you have an agreed upon price with a Seller/friend/relative and just require professional support.  Flat fee purchasing is available.

Perhaps there is a new housing development and all properties are pre-selling at full price from the developer.  You know which model you want; no further research is required.  Flat fee purchasing is available.

If you have done the legwork, you should be able to get a discount on the transaction.  Yet, the Selling side commission can only be paid to a licensed real estate Broker and the listing Brokerage will not discount the price and cannot legally represent you.  I can represent you, handle the transaction for you and refund the balance of the Selling side commission in excess of our agreed upon flat fee.
